Good benefits and Great supervisors. Good for someone trying to make some money for savings.

Cons

Not flexible. Crazy hours and off days. Not enough incentives to keep employees motivated.

Pros

Discounted Services, Decent pay, and a few good people who were in for more than a free ride.

Cons

Lack of true management, supervisors who had no people skills, too much greed and lots of deception. If you tried to be honest with the customer it came back on you.
