Pros

The different customers you get to meet on a daily basis. The work itself is rewarding if you like to solve problems. The benefits and pay are pretty good as well.

Cons

Constant schedule changes year after year are the norm. Constantly micro-managing by management and HR who are one in the same. You will put a target on your back if you ever complain about management.

No job stability. Company constanlyt restructuring Headquarters who is out of touch with regards to operation are taking over decisions away from the people that are running the business. Poor execution of strategy. Not a lot of thoughts are put into initiative so middle management and below are suffering. Lately very finance driven. Letting the numbers people run the show. They like to just cut and freeze things when they are not meeting the numbers instead of looking at the long term on what really will grow the company and meet customer satisfaction. Always working to please wall street so upper managerment will get their bonuses. Very top heavy
