Pros

- good benefits package - good learning and development opportunities - so long as your Manager bothers to take the time to listen to you

Cons

- promotions frequently based on personal relationships rather than ability - tenure type system in place - doesn't matter what you do or don't do after 10/15/20 years of service - top heavy with supervisors / managers / directors

Pros

The pay is pretty good, the benefits were great. They are a very profitable company so they dont cheap out on employees to much.

Cons

Comcast is a great place to work outside of Sales. They have a very high turnover ratio which leads to most new hires losing their job within the first year.
