Cons

Pay is not comparable to Competitors..Vz and ATT U verse. Easter and Good Friday should be considered Holiday Pay

sales are based on money and nothing else

Pros

always hiring most of the time discounts on service offered benefits okay

Cons

all that they want is sales done. They don't care how you get them or even if people can afford the service. Management at times suck and can be very two-faced in regards to you vs. upper management. wouldn't recommend working in sales department unless all that you care about is getting money and have no care as to how you get it.

There is no reward for top performing long term employees at Comcast. You are treated the same as the lowest performing person in the group.
