Pros

Great benefits for family. Salary a little low but good commission bonus structure. Company provides all services for employees at home for almost no cost. You really save a lot of money

Cons

There are a lot of meetings. Seems to take up a lot of valuable time that could be spent working with sales teams.

Pros

Great benefits, creative, interesting product to sell

Cons

Micro managed without providing praise or growth for those who excel. People doing the same thing I do who get paid a lot more simply because their manager hogs all the big accounts and bullies any one that challenges it. Accounts moved to others even when you did all the work, they get all the big commission and praise, you get zip.

Pros

Great benefits [ackage, liberal vacation and flex time leave Great products Great research support for AE's but you better know how and when you run it because no one esle will or have time!

Cons

It's media- cronizism is rampnat, management by confrontation. Our joke was always " Your success could contribute to your dermise" Company and local management teams have " right" to take accouts a way ( yes, even the one's you brought in" thus, they control what you are really going to make in income and is not always based upon "performance". Tedious amounts of weekly reports. Most senior people ( in media, that's two or more years anymore) leave. Burned out, under appreciated, stuck training the neebie because management lied about how big the book of businesses you would recieve was and therefore how much less you are actually going to make! My co-oworker of 5 years was at 150% of budget in 2010, put on probation, because he was not updating his daily CRM call software as to daily activities- guesss making money for the Company was not the priority. They measure you on a matrix,- sales, team player, reporting, other duites etc. so no matter how you doing there is always wiggle room for criticism and mangement to exhort control over everyone. If you are one of the few hiiting your budget, your reward next year is probably 15% more. Like I said, Your success can contribute to your demise!
