Pros

Great benefits, great bonuses especially when other companies arent giving bonuses, free cable, opportunity for advancement, great team members. If you want to get ahead you have to be a self starter and very motivated. Networking does help given such a large employee pool

Cons

competition for time off, lack of mentorship with upper management, no cross training program

Pros

Great products. Best cable service hands down.

Cons

Communication within the company sucks which causes issues with the co-workers not knowing alot of information that needs to be related to the customer. Management do not like taking escalations which cause more stress for the agents.

Great services, excellent benefits...overall good company.

Cons

If you're not able to adjust to constant change...this isn't the company for you. Customer agents must be trained properly to help customers.
