Pros

In general, Comcast treats their employees very well. Great benefits. Nice, new facilities and offices for all managers and above. Free cable and internet services. Easy 9-5/6 hours. Culture is all about relationships, so it helps to be a people person and just go with the flow.

Cons

It takes a long time to get things done or make changes. Lots of process. Since they are the industry leader there is little focus and support for innovation. Status quo is acceptable, so don't count on making any waves. Most people have been there a long time and are comfortable with the norm.
