Pros

Good benefits and Great supervisors. Good for someone trying to make some money for savings.

Cons

Not flexible. Crazy hours and off days. Not enough incentives to keep employees motivated.

Pros

Comcast in Washington tries very hard to provide everything the technicians need to do their job safely and effectively.

Cons

Things change all the time and the company does not always give the technicians enough time and training ahead of a product or service release to be well prepared. Also, your rating is based on whether or not customers call for service within a month or two of an installation or service call and it counts against a technician even if it was something that the technician could not prevent.

Pros

Great company with grreat products... good concept and plans/

Cons

outpri ce most people..and competitors. Should not look for the premium payment, yet offer nominal services. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Reduced outreach to customers, fewere telephone hours, and automating many processes does not make you attractive. People want to speak with people when something electronic doesnt work... not another machine directing you to do something, when it necessarily wont fix the problem.
