Pros

Great benefits! Good pay with a fair work-to-live balance

Cons

Stuck on the phone all day. Dealing with different prices from across the country.

Pros

The benefits and perks are amazing. You get free internet, cable, and landline, discounted mobile, and access to great content. The pay is okay (but it is competitive with similar companies).

Cons

Leadership disrespects employees by using the return to the office policy, limited career advancement, and reorgs to cause people to quit rather than just doing a layoff. They talk about high profits to investors but tell employees there is no money to hire anyone except salespeople. They instituted a hiring freeze, a T&E freeze, and a budget slashing. Yet, they are paying $50k a piece for a bunch of VPs to get MBAs in AI. They keep hiring high-level executives, but won’t replace vital support roles. So, even with great benefits and okay pay, the company is too unstable to recommend working there for the long term. But it may work well in short-term.

Pros

Decent pay, I will say.

Cons

100 percent only DEI focused when it comes to hiring and promotions at Comcast Central Division HQ Atlanta. A history of passing up non-diverse candidates for promotions, or worse, laying them off. Not the right time to be at Comcast, and lots of-infighting.
