Decent benefits and salary for an entry level position.

Cons

Comcast only care about cell phone these days. Be prepared for a dozen different type call stat requirements that can change monthly, cell phone sales in a saturated market with a constantly pitched to customer base being the most important.

Only thing good about the company is benefis

Cons

Training sucks you really don't learn anything. Your job security is all based on if you get good territory. Technicians never show up to install jobs which leads to no sales and bad customer experience. Sales Managers should be called data entry managers. They are not even real "sales" manage they cannot even close a deal or even a door. They like to put all the blame on you and say you're the problem. When in reality it all comes down to what territory you get and if the technicians install your jobs or if service is even active in the neighborhood. Pay is ok but your commissions is capped. Company is losing more to competitors right now than winning because of outdated technology and poor customer service.
