Pros

The corporate culture is relaxed but professional. Compensation, benefits, and time-off policies are all very generous. Comcast HQ in downtown Philadelphia is a fantastic, modern building with the greatest cafeteria I have ever seen!

Cons

There really are no significant cons to working for this company other than the fact that the company is HUGE (which may be a drawback for some personality types.

Pros

Free cable and internet is a major plus. Work culture is highly dependent on the office- I had the opportunity to visit a few and would possibly have given it 5 stars overall had I worked at a different office. Bonuses were given. Time off policies were reasonable. Pay was reasonable.

Cons

These cons may not apply to all the different offices. Training was given as a reward rather than given to those who needed it, little room for personal growth, micromanagement, policies promoted cronyism
