      2022 Work Culture Has Evolved, Learn to Evolve With It

      -Health benefits and courtesy services

      Cons

      -Return to office and the "progressive" thinking isn't very progressive -Annual increases to not keep up with inflation, even before the 2022 spike -A very network culture, if you want to get ahead you need to know how to shmooze, introverts be prepared to be pigeon holed

      Great if you like change

      Pros

      Great benefits package. Cable is an interesting field, although I am unsure of its future with streaming becoming so popular. There are chances for advancement, but not very many within Spotlight (adsales division).

      Cons

      Reorgs and changes happen quite a bit. Ad Sales is a tough business, they push the account executives very hard to sell an outdated product and support's bonuses are tied to how well the Sales team performs.
