Pros

Decent benefits after 90 days, paid time off, flex days and floating holidays as well as the normal seven paid holidays. Made a lot of friends and had some good supervisors.

Cons

Very little consistency across the board between teams and supervisors. Communication was sparse and filtered down after the fact. New hire training does not prepare you for your job and ongoing training is useless. You have to figure out how to do your job by begging other workers to teach you or just learning it yourself. Layoffs and job relocations is very possible. This is the second one I have been through and know others who have been through more.

The one thing I really liked was tons of paid vacation time due to lots of agents.

Cons

Metrics can be a hassle In the call center but that's expected.
