everything the pay the workload the expectations honestly before they revamped the department it was great the workload the atmosphere and the expectations were pretty decent now they want you to learn three different job titles and want to pay a bad salary unless you want to be miserable avoid this department or company I've been here 10 years and its changed drastically they will cut your pay change your hours and cut your position on the fly there is no job security with them and this message is not to be taken as I am m salty I am m just trying to save someone the pain of thinking its a good move unless you want to work 80+ tickets minimum a day or be written up you can do chat support but you only get 10-15 minutes a chat and if its not busy on chat you work tickets or you can triage which you need to cancel 20 or more jobs a day which is not easy either with all the rules in place so save your self some time and avoid this place half the time they dont know what they want
