Fellow workers/team are great people who are extremely good at helping pick up any slack or needs that are not met due to lack of staff.

Cons

There is very much a power and control issue with management and the owners, but no hands on physical help by either when in need. Little too no value taken when addressed on subjects and areas of concern or need for discussion this making for an uncomfortable and difficult work environment and unresolved issues
