Pros

Flexible first and second shift schedule, awesome sales manager, great discounts on hotels, also able to get discounts for the gym that is attached to the building.

Cons

No room to move up, have to beg for reviews for months before the owner considers giving them, employees aren't held accountable for their actions, overtime is rare.

Pros

The Comfort Inn as a limited service property provided the opportunity to work with all the departments and individuals on a daily basis. I was able to get to know every employee and know how they perform their jobs.

Cons

The long hours of a limited service hotel to support each department when call outs and support is needed. Lots of fires to be put out daily.
