Pros
Very shady work place environment. Say one thing means another. Often pressured to do and complete work that your not comfortable with in doing so.
Cons
Infested with Bed bugs. Low pay. Work till your back goes out. Poor training. No set schedule. Older building only so much you can do with what resources and training that is provided to make the rooms look good. Often times stuff will get blamed on you. Owners r very greedy.
