Pros

I can't say enough good things about our team. We have the best and the brightest in the industry helping to ensure we do a great job for seniors. Our caregivers are outstanding. They are trained, experienced, loving and compassionate people. I love the ongoing training and open door enviornment. I've found my home for life.

Cons

The only con is losing clients that you love. It's very hard to see the ones you love pass on.

Pros

They keep you local, from where you live. Live in cases, the paid is god!

Cons

They claim they are non medicals ,and you will never have to lift more than 20 lb on death body, just to cover their backs , but that true is , that they send you to work with client, that are not capable to stand on their own , also, they make you sign a paper that we don,t medicate our clients, but assign you with client that they can,t medicate themselves , and when you complain , they get very upset , they lie in many situations. they also make you sign in orientation that they will send a caregiver to cover you for eight hours , so we can have 8 hrs sleep,on a live in case, and never happen , they never send anyone, thats so many lies on the company.

A company who should care

Pros

Being of benefit to our client base by making a difference in their lives. Initially being allowed to have a flexible schedule. Initial sense that the company wanted my input and creative suggestion. Well decorated and maintained physical office.

Cons

Upper Management employs a great deal of lip service in support of staff. No ability to voice legitimate concerns and be offered constructive resolutions. Any suggestion offered to management is seen as " Negative" and not worthy of consideration. Promotion of staff that only complies with management dictates. Interested in the bottom line only .Constantly changing job descriptions and hours for office staff. No consistent chain of command. Nepotism.
