Enjoyed most of the clients.

Cons

Owners and their family member who are staff do not care about the employees or the clients. It's all business with them and no compassionate caring. Very fake sincerity. Pay is horrible. You can't make a living working there solely and they treat you like they are doing you a favor by letting you work for them. They make sure to let you know you can be replaced at any time. Turnover is tremendous.

Pros

They are truly family oriented and corporate management is very knowledgeable and friendly. Someone is always willing to help you along the way with any question. Corporate offices are very involved in the various offices and are extremely motivating. Benefits are decent. Great culture and values preached.

Cons

The con for me is at our local office level. Management is rare and scattered. Leadership is little to nonexistent. When an issue arises, the duty is thrown back at you for correction regardless of your familiarity. No training is provided what-so-ever. It's a sink or swim type of environment, especially when local management will not "go to bat" for you in obtaining proper training. Culture and values are not implemented.
