Pros

The hours are flexible. I loved the clients that I worked with. This job is a good position for those who are self starters and don't mind working by themselves.

Cons

The pay was okay. The amount of money I spent with upkeep on my car wasn't not worth staying for the long term. Training was minimal.

There were no pros except the clients but it's not worth working here.

Cons

There are too many to list. I really liked the company before it was bought out in 2014. The management will not ever support you but will definitely blame you. I got blamed for a hospice patient on a ventilator dying on my shift. The pay isn't enough. The management wont respect your boundaries either. They call continuously on your days off and will give a shorten your hours if you don't work. DO NOT WORK HERE.
