I got to get a chance to help elderly people to live independent lives, by visiting them, cooking, cleaning whatever they required in their own homes, very rewarding.

Cons

Unfortunately, If I had to use my own car, never got reimbursed for petrol money, which was ridiculous.

Nothing good about the owners. I took care of two people within the same household over night and got paid for caring for just one person. There is no differential for working overnight shift. There is no vacation pay. Bad scheduling and no support from managers or the owners. Look to another company if this is what you would like to do. Right At Home is a better company to work with. Stay away.

If management was good CK will have been the best place to work. The owners have no clue of what's going in the office.

Cons

Office staff and Caregivers are abused and intimated by the manager. They are days I wanted to run away from the office due to fear. The office was very ghetto and very unprofessional. You never know how the day was going to be like when you came in to work everyday.....Oh, you will learn how to curse if you didn't know. I would not even go into how clients were treated by the manager. Anyone wants peace of my mind should stay away from CK in Centennial, CO.
