Pros

Very flexible schedule. Adequate training. Able to earn paid time off. Some clients are really nice to work with. Timeand a half on holidays.

Cons

Often needed last minute to fill in. Some clients are difficult to work with. Hours can vary drastically. When you first are hired you basically just fill in for a couple weeks until you get regular clients. Only get schedule a week in advance

The Comfort Keepers I worked for was owned by a very caring family who truly cared what they were giving to their community
