      Pros

      My experience working with the Robbinsville office of Comfort Keepers has been such a positive one! The office staff has been terrific about keeping me booked with clients I truly enjoy working with and I never feel pressured to take on more hours then I can comfortably handle. We'll run and very professional outfit.

      Cons

      Small complaint, it would be nice if the company did direct deposit for its employees, since we work in the field it is not always convenient to pick up a check.

      -Great work environment. -Better environment for developing a personal patient-caregiver relationship. -More communication and personalized care for the patient and their family. -Hands on learning and care giving in the field -Wide exposure to various health care settings, personalities, family dynamics, medial diagnoses, assistive devises/equipment, etc.

      -Independent field work -No team of co-workers in the field (at the clients home) -Irregular work schedule -Demanding long hours -No availability for advancement
