It is actually negative stars! But the program wont let me not answer. None; with the exception that I am no longer with the company.

Cons

The owner treats his employees as if they are not worthy of him. They do not follow health and safety laws that could revoke someone that actually HAS a license. They do not follow mandatory reporting laws & refuse to stop abuse, much less report it to authority.

Hire great people to work as Caregivers

Cons

They will bill your patient's insurance $20 an hour and only pay you $9 to $10 an hour. You will work hard and never be paid for the full amount of time you work. Their "ClearCare" system will always cut 5 minutes off of the time you worked. Management will not take accountability for under compensating you.

The rewarding feeling of helping people in your area.

Cons

The whole office is horrible. The lies, rumors, deceit, unfriendly atmosphere and carelessness is unreal. They push clients in like cattle and they do not live up to their end of the bargain. They under pay and mistreat their entire staff. The also push caregivers in like cattle and they are thoughtless to their needs.
