Absolutely nothing good about this place. Avoid for the sake of your sanity and wellbeing.
Cons
No support from management. Toxic working environment and offices. They will blame you for everything that goes wrong, which is a lot. Everyday is stressful and you will be forced to do everyone else’s jobs plus your own. Micro management is a serious issue here. This agency cares about profits and finances only. The ones who suffer are the carers and the families. Carers are looked after the worst, they are worn out with no travel time and always being asked to work overtime. Staff are requested to write positive reviews to make it look like a good place to work. It’s all about how things look from the outside, social media is pushed too much. Fake. Offices are like being back in school with terrible atmospheres. There is a revolving door of office staff due to 0 benefits (no pension, no sick pay, terrible AL and salary is appalling compared to HSE and other agencies.)
