Pros

The clients have huge hearts and a lot of appreciation for caregivers. Salary is decent for CNA work.

Cons

Phone is constantly being called by the office. Want you to drive 1 hour for a 2 hour shift Rude when you deny a shift or call in sick

Cons

Pros

Good to help people when they are sick and need care

Cons

Low salary, no benefits, no raises, no vacation days, clients are usually far away and no gas allowance is given. I asked another person from another agency what she earned and she said $13/hr. Comfort Keepers started me at $9/hr and I never got a raise in 3 years.
