      Comfort Keepers of Eugene has a Comprehensive Customized Plan of Care for every client they send their Comfort Keepers to. Before the Comfort Keeper/Caregiver is introduced to the Clients, they have extensive training behind them.

      Cons

      All home care companies should have the HIGH standards that Comfort Keepers holds.

      Pros

      Wonderful people who need your help. If you don't need money and are looking for something to do it can be very rewarding.

      Cons

      Terrible hours, terrible pay, management doesn't care about you. No benefits. No rewards (except the love you feel for those you take care of) The families of the people you take care of think you are making good money - not.

      Office Staff was a mess

      Pros

      I really loved my regular clients. The hourly rate was good considering my work experience and I always had hours.

      Cons

      The office staff was awful at communication, they would give me the wrong addresses and sometimes change my schedule multiple times in a single day. There wasn't a bit of gas compensation, I once drove 172 miles round trip and didn't get a penny for it. I never knew my schedule and I was never given enough travel time between clients. Secondly, I was given orientation one morning for two hours and was then sent on an eight hour shift. I had no clue what I was doing and the client was one of the most difficult the company catered to.
