Pros

Love the clients....well some of them

Cons

They will text you up to 80 (one day I counted) times a day with job openings....Huge scramble always to fill open shifts...Office employees are condescending at times. No growth potential....stagnate job. Only if your desperate!

Pros

Caregiving can be emotional rewarding and you can make a very real difference in someone's life. A good agency will try hard to match caregivers personalities and interests to that of the client.

Cons

I worked in the office as a care manager, so I know how much clients are charged, compared to how much caregivers are paid. Clients pay more than double the caregivers salary. That means the company keeps the majority of the money while the caregiver does 100% of the work for the client.
