Management needs a review. Not enough caregivers for the clientele that they have. Professionalism is not present. Software needed updated.

Company has a total disregard for employees. Most policies seem to prevent someone from doing their job instead of empowering them. Employees are often Cannonfodder in the crossfire between Directors/VP/C-Suite staff fighting with each other. Departments refuse to collaborate often leading to complete disorganization throughout the company. Employees are frequently let go without explanation or warning, even when plans to change positions have been decided months in advance. The company will go out of it's way to convince someone their job is safe, only to fire and escape them off the property next week, after years of faithful service. The most efficient thing this company does is turn over employees.
