They work with you and help you with your schedule. The key thing is you must show them that you want to work and care about what your doing and don't be calling off all the time. If you want help you need to be responsible and show up to your clients and on time. When they see you doing good things they will work with you, but if your always doing bad things then don't expect to get the good treatment. Nice people and a nice place to work.
