Business Outlook
Pros
Flexible schedule, Good management - local and above, Good pay & vacation/benefits. Good structure. Room for growth. Local service manager is dedicated to the success of employees and easy to approach.
Cons
Honestly I can't think of any and I've been here five years. My first four years were in the Administrative department as dispatcher/billing/accounts receivable, etc. The past year has been in business development. Both roles have been really great. In the admin, I was able to move up from dispatch/billing to office administrator before taking the business development role.
