Pros
Usually work with good people. Lots of room for advancement. Decent pay.
Cons
Every brach is required to take call center calls (no training is ever provided on doing so) You can tell that someone was told to cut down call wait times without spending any extra money - that person did just that and I am sure they got a nice bonus. This is burning out all the employees as it understaffs the branches.Also the “amazing culture” isn’t all it’s cracked up to be, most people just end up joking about it.
