Good company, good benefits, good pay. Great learning experience for someone looking into logistics.
Cons
Too much gossip. This is a hands on job and at times Supervisors needs to get involved in the work rather than hide behind emails. Equality should be key in this company, but yet their favorites are picked. Most new people there are just to collect a pay check and not know what they are doing. Too much slacking off and no actual supervision happens.

Thank you for your honest feedback. Commodity Forwarders is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We offer all of our employees the same opportunities for growth and advancement. In the warehouse environment, a supervisor’s primary responsibility is to manage their team effectively to ensure the smooth flow of cargo while maximizing efficiency and minimizing claims. However, it is true that there may be times during peak seasons where warehouse supervisors may have to take a more hands-on approach on an as-needed basis. In response to new warehouse agents coming on board, we understand the importance of adequate training as it applies to department success and employee turnover. In response to this, the company implemented a new program for training all new hires both office and warehouse in 2019 and since the launch, we have been closely monitoring warehouse statistics to continue to improve. The feedback from new staff has been tremendous and a clear indication we are heading in the right direction as we strive for employee satisfaction.
