      Pros

      In the 5.5 years being part of CFI I have been promoted 3 times, if you are looking for growth, positive mentorship, and team atmosphere CFI is the place to call home.

      Cons

      Working out the kinks with our new parent company with merging over their processes with ours, but we are making great progress

      Good Pay, good benefits, potential for annual raises, donuts & bagels every Friday and free lunch every month :)

      Cons

      parking needs some improvement. Not enough spaces

      Great place to start a career in the import/export business.

      Pros

      Fast paced and good coworkers. There are always opportunities to move up if you are competent at your job.

      Cons

      Be prepared to be always on the clock. Up and down nature of the import/export business means that some days you get out early and other days you are there way into the night.
