Pros

Opportunity to help others in need.

Cons

This agency has a big problem with sexual harassment. I was harassed by multiple male employees and when I spoke to my peers about reporting I was warned against it. I was told that this was an organization where they didn't like people reporting things like that, and I would lose my job. I didn't believe that could be the case and reported an instance with a much older man who was making me feel unsafe. After reporting I was treated like a problem employee and pushed out of a job I cared about and was very good at. The person who harassed me was promoted and kept on.
