They truly care for their associates. From the very top leadership they value exceptional care over huge ridiculous margins. It is a growing company with limitless opportunity. There is lots of fresh young talent. This will be the last company I work for.

Cons

No real cons at this time. Time will tell.

A company with heart, vision & resources to back it up. They take care of employees with an intensity I've never experienced. It seems too good to be true. But it's for real. I'm impressed!

Cons

There is a lot going on all at once. Several important projects are in the works.

CSIG strives to be a "Best in Class" company, with a focus on support, challenges to improve personally and professionally, and building long-term trust. When this company says "Make every minute count", they stand behind that, and celebrate each employees unique contribution to make a great company. Be the best, bring out the best, drive the best!

Cons

I am hard pressed to find any faults. I realize that rings as an untruth, however I am being sincere when I state it's difficult finding a measurable fault. Maybe hand out scented hand sanitizer instead of unscented? :)
