Pros
The physicians, NPs and PAs are doing their best to take care of the patients with little to no support or recognition of the work they do.
Cons
Leadership are a bunch of managers parading around calling themselves leaders. They are either completely absent--like never there-- or absent mindedly making decisions to 'fix' things that are not problems (and they no little about because they are not medically trained) just to create busy work. They care only about the money, not the patient care. Leadership is filled with people with mail order MBAs all making more and more positions for themselves to suck every last dollar out of health care. The pay for leadership is public info. Google it. It's disgusting.
