      Rough start, Awesome Management

      Pros

      -Management has been down-to-earth. I have never felt like I was being talked down to. -Good pay and benefits are decent.

      Cons

      -Some hospitals are very neglected - there is a drastic difference between operations and overall employee satisfaction between locations. -No training or on-boarding process set by IT. I was thrown into working with no training and with no one able to train me. Luckily with prior hospital experience, this posed barely any issue but if it was someone new to the IT industry, they would've felt so lost they would've quit.

      Work with your schedule, coworkers are nice

      Cons

      Lack of pay, float to other units, lack of communication, management is a mess, people are lazy, protocols are not followed, understaffed severely and no effort put in to help CNAs

      Amazing and brilliant physicians and healthcare providers in a cutting edge, innovative environment. Flexible work hours.

      Cons

      Benefits are below average and not competitive; facilities outdated and dingy looking; very limited on workspaces so people are shoved into tiny cubicle (storage closets) or basements which are loud, ugly, and not secure.
