      Bullying by other nurses is a big problem here. The nurse union has too much control over the hospital, and other nurses attempt to bully you if you won't lobby and stand up for their preferences and beliefs over your own

      Pros

      Culture was always very welcoming to us as students. Incredible learning opportunities. Nurses expressed job satisfaction. Benefits and pay are superior to other facilities in the valley. Faith foundation opened the conversation to religion at times. Focus is more on wholistic patient care.

      Not as seemingly driven or prestigious of an environment as other healthcare facilities
