Pros

Decent work environment. Casual dress code. Can work from home one day a week as is practical. Management tries to provide rewards like free lunches, activities, etc.

Cons

PTO Policy is not very good 6.77 per pay period however you need to use those hours on mandatory holidays which can be 70-80 hours per year which leaves you with about 13 days for vacation, sick days, personal days etc. Will not hire if you fail a nicotine/ standard drug test. For a faith based organization they are more concerned with profit.

Pros

Great doctors to work. Poor management. Centura is not involved in the training of managers and think it would do this clinic well to be trained.

Cons

Micromanaged and expected to do much more than able to get done. This clinic is not consistent in employee positions requirements. Significant call offs by RN's.

Pros

If you are a capable HR professional, they will put you to work. You will be exposed to a lot of different aspects of HR, just have your fingers crossed that you have the resources to teach or help you (many times you will not). If you want to work for a giant organization, then they definitely have that going for them.

Cons

Poor training at all levels for HR, Payroll, and Comp processes. The culture here is awful. They do not advocate for their employees, they would prefer to just replace associates instead of addressing organizational breakdowns or performance improvement. You literally are a cog in the wheel, and you definitely get the impression you are easily replaceable. The corporate office is definitely "mature" and cold. If you are a young professional, be prepared to be reminded of it regularly.
