      Outstanding pay! Generous incentives!

      Cons

      Little over site and accountability of management and Human Resources. Recruitment is shoddy, my compensation package changed several times and the onboarding process was a joke. There is very little turn over of leadership, creating an environment of stagnancy, lack of innovation and bullies. HR is out to protect themselves and does not seek first to understand. I have never felt so isolated and lonely in a job before.

      This environment is truly a teamwork environment. The pay is awesome, benefits are great .

      Cons

      Changes are made at the drop of a dime and at times you will not be notified . You will come into work something will be different and no email will be sent out and management will not know either. Prepare to be very adaptable. Other than that this is an awesome place to work at!

      Pros

      Conveniently located in castle rock, easy to get in and start your medical career, not to continue it. Decent 401k

      Cons

      Benefits are costly, pay is low, clinical management is not clinical rather clerical, providers are always leaving. Expectations for MA’s are much more than anywhere else and with little support. Raises are on average 2% regardless how hard you work with no cost of living raise.
