Pros

I honestly can’t think of a single pro really besides having mostly good coworkers

Cons

Work life balance is basically non-existent, will hire literally almost anyone because they’re desperate, burnout through the roof, no actual care for non-MDs or RNs, can’t keep staff for anything (thanks terrible pay)

Pros

Some people nice to work with

Cons

poor management, backstabbing staff, high acuity patients with lack of staff to cover them, employees treated like a number rather than a human being, paid less than nurses in other healthcare systems

Pros

Salary and benefits are competitive. Epic teams have variable work shifts. Promotions are offered with recognized achievements. Leadership strives to bring together employees from different companies acquired by CS.

Cons

Unorganized leadership for PB team, Epic support is lacking knowledge for primary project, unrealistic deadlines are set by leadership for analysts without understanding build requirements, causing burnout and losing FTEs.
