Too many executives and not enough workers. Work overload, takes to long to replace employees that leave if they are replaced, yet they expect others to pick up the work with no compensation.

If you work for Dignity Health at the hospital its great, However if you work for the clinics you don't get the same benefits or pay. Its like you are the red headed step child. Trying to get a job at the hospital even though you work for the clinics you would think that you would have some sort of seniority or pull but you don't. The hospitals are under the union and the clinics are not. You have no way to grow with the company if you work for the clinics. This is only my experience in Nevada. When I worked for Dignity in California it was not like this. In California it was a great experience.
