      Pros

      Decent pay for experience, good, low-cost insurance, liked the Dignity mission before the merger with CHI. A lot has changed.

      Cons

      A lot of favoritism by management, mostly obvious between day and night-shift employees. Night shift employees do exist. It would be nice if we were shown a little appreciation as well and everything didn’t always benefit only day shift employees. The mission has changed. Some people do as little as they can to get by, and nobody says a thing. Lots of change going on, and the transparency that was supposedly there before, no longer seems to be there. Nurses need to have this information in order to make decisions about their lives, in general. We are not just cogs in the machine...

      Pros

      They offer pretty good pay. The people are friendly, but not always genuine. They offer excellent benefits. They say they are non-profit, but that is very hard to believe.

      Cons

      Some departments consist of only the young and beautiful. If you aren't either, your chances of getting hired are pretty dim. They don't care about diversity and only hire people that "fit" into the young an beautiful" model. The majority of workers in some departments are similar in looks and demeanor.
