Pros

The salary at commonwealth financial network was very good and competitive. I pay was very good.

Cons

Extremely stressful atmosphere. They hire a lot of contractors who don't really do much.

Pros

Environment. The people. The management. Very understanding. Bonuses. They care about your progression/regression. Very content. Comfortable (I haven't been harassed about anything since I've been there).

Cons

Flexibility issues but that's not really surprising, considering what the field is. Not much diversity as far as ethnicity goes but they do try to keep the environment diverse. Also, I feel like they favor having females over males but I could just be over-analyzing.

Pros

The culture and the people are top-notch. The working environment was great, as were the company events and the work hard/play hard ethos. It's a young company, as most employees are in their 20s and 30s. Many have been there for over 5 years. The bonuses were good, but probably the best part of working there was everybody seemed to care about the clients, advisors, company, and each other.

Cons

Salaries were a little low.
