      Too Many Chiefs, and Not Enough Indians

      Pros

      -The environment is friendly, and has many perks. (bagel Friday, drinking beer at real no discretion.) -Pay seems in line with most serious competitors. -View of downtown is nice, they also have a "relaxation room," Costco membership and fairly good health insurance.

      Cons

      -Lack of diversity in the workplace. -Sexual harassment prevalent from certain directors. -Cronyism. -Inferiority complex with LPL Financial. Sad, but true. -Too much drinking on the job. I felt like I was at a frat house. -Lack of respect towards advisors (behind the scenes.) -Chairman is far removed from the organization, lack of leadership. -Unable to act as a change agent for process improvement, stuck in its ways.

      great atmosphere and culture, flexible work schedule, good benefits.

      Cons

      Flat organizational structure can make it sometimes difficult to get promotions or job changes. People in management positions tend to stay at the company for a long time.
