      Pros

      You can keep doing same old same old and folks will be very happy. No need to learn new things.

      Cons

      Management is more into doing technical work than actual managing. Management is aloof of bottlenecks and hurdles employee face at work. Some business people are at the level of being nasty, yet no action is taken. Do your research about which BA you are going to be working with before joining else will have blood pressure soon!!

      Pros

      Flexible schedule. Great work life balance. Excellent perks and benefits. Competitive Salaries and generous bonuses. Training / professional growth is encouraged and supported. Fabulous company culture.

      Cons

      Not many I can think of, only thing I can think of is lack of growth potential, i.e., some departments are very flat so it is extremely difficult to become a manager/lead in those groups.
