      Pros

      Commonwealth is like a family and is a company who really invest and care about their employee's. Sr management has an open door policy.

      Cons

      Smaller company with few Sr Management positions, however great people to work fwith on a day to day basis.

      Pros

      Great company to work for, nice people, plenty of support from superiors, also plenty of fun corporate events and a very supportive culture. It was a fun internship

      Cons

      not much work flexibility or challenge, but this is common of most internship programs. Also, pay of $14 per hour is slightly less than many internships that I have heard of.

      Pros

      Great work environment in which growth and self development is not only encouraged but also supported. It is the perfect size firm where you see familiar friendly faces on a daily basis, and have a truly open-door policy all the way up to the CEO.

      Cons

      Headquarters are located outside of downtown Boston, yet easily accessible from both public and private transportation.
