Pros

Good - excellent salaries. Very ethical corporation. Excellent benefits -100% company paid individual health insurance premiums, substantial PTO, tuition reimbursement, stock options Many, many, many employee perks - special events (on and off campus), after 3 years employee becomes member of The Sunday River group - Red Sox tickets, stay for free at several CEO owned properties in ME, Cape Cod, Florida or Dominican Republic. Anniversary gifts. Gives back to the community Work hard - play hard

Pros

Great benefits, very fun place to work, great options people, lots of giving back initiatives.

Cons

Very low salaries. Company is very lateral with little room for career advancement Still small and trying to find its way, so many groups and processes are still developing, evolving and funding their way, which can be frustrating if you're still trying to find your own way
