      Pros

      Flexible schedule. Great work life balance. Excellent perks and benefits. Competitive Salaries and generous bonuses. Training / professional growth is encouraged and supported. Fabulous company culture.

      Cons

      Not many I can think of, only thing I can think of is lack of growth potential, i.e., some departments are very flat so it is extremely difficult to become a manager/lead in those groups.

      The compensation could be a little bit higher- less than others in the same industry.

      Pros

      The company contributes to a great deal of charities and gives back to the community; there are great benefits which are offered; self-development is supported; it is very much like a community; I would agree with work hard, play hard. Convenient commute by train or car. Parking available.

      Cons

      Pay is lower than average. Upper management needs to look at it's managers a little better in certain departments.
